Cherry Blossom Potion

Cherry blossoms are the heart of Japan and can be said to symbolize the goodness of Japan. It is the unofficial national flower of Japan. It has been celebrated for centuries and is an important part of Japanese culture. There are many types of cherry trees in Japan, most of which bloom for a few days in the spring. This Seasonal viewing is done with an event named hanami parties (flower viewing) under the trees.

Our brand uses the ‘Sekiyama’ cherry blossoms and ‘Oshimazakura’ leaves for making Sakura Products. These ingredients are selected according to each product.

After harvesting, sakura cherry blossoms are preserved by pickling them with salt and plum vinegar. This helps to keep their pink color which lasts for a long time. Each flower is carefully preserved and processed to maintain its shape, aroma, and beautiful petals. Our sakura are carefully grown, harvested, and washed by hand to ensure the best quality. 

The Cherry Blossom Potion is made of sakura extract. It is derived from the cherry blossom flowers and leaves of the cherry tree through steam distillation. This is a blend of Sweetness and salty taste. Also, it is used as an important element for making various Japanese cuisines.
