Picked when in bloom, these cherry blossoms are dark pink in color and fragrant. Quality cherry blossoms are carefully inspected for removing hard and damaged parts.

Our brand uses the ‘Sekiyama’ cherry blossoms and ‘Oshimazakura’ leaves for making Sakura Products. These ingredients are selected according to each product.  

After harvesting, sakura cherry blossoms are preserved by pickling them with salt and plum vinegar. This helps to keep their pink color which lasts for a long time. Each flower is carefully preserved and processed to maintain its shape, aroma, and beautiful petals.
