Includes roasted Mtsuzaki leaves from the Sakura trees in Izu peninsula. The green tea is made into matcha powder and the drinker is advised to enjoy this tea after 4 minutes in hot water. Avoid putting JCB Tea in the humidity when you are storing it. Shelf life is 3 years.
